You start with 30 free credits — no card needed. When you need more, buy them in one go from A$5 for 50 credits (about 4 social stories or 16 visual cards); they never expire and there is no subscription. If you plan every week, Pro gives you 200 credits a month for A$15, or 2400 a year for A$150 (two months free).

Prices are set in Australian dollars (A$). If you are outside Australia, checkout shows and charges you in your own currency at that day’s exchange rate — the “about” figure beside each price is an estimate so you know roughly what to expect.

No. Credits you buy never expire, and unused Pro credits roll over each month while your plan is active — they keep adding up rather than resetting.

A social story is 12 credits at the default length (3 a page), a visual card is 3 credits, and a lesson plan or a set of activity ideas is 2 — so 30 credits is about 2 social stories or 10 visual cards. Themed worksheet pages and filling your school template use more; the cost is always shown before you generate, and re-downloading anything you have already made is free.

An optional setting that adds credits to your account automatically — using a card you save with Stripe — whenever a creation needs more credits than you have. You pick the amount and a monthly limit, we never charge more than five times a day, and you can turn it off in Settings at any time. It is off unless you turn it on.

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings and you will not be billed again. Any credits already on your account stay yours to use.

Yes. Upload your school’s planning or programming template once (Word .docx or .doc, or a Google Doc downloaded as Word) and HandsOnTop fills it in for you — same tables, same shading, same fonts. It stays saved to your account so you can reuse it every time.
